The orphanage was settled, meaning there were minor children. Her father's name was Hendrik Ootmarijns.
When he died on March 28, 1759 (only 45 years old), he lived outside the front gate on the city canal. This would now be Nassaukade near Bloemgracht.
He is buried in the Noorderkerkhof in the Jordaan district of Amsterdam. She was also buried in the Noorderkerkhof on February 11, 1769, with deckhouse and bier (luxury).
